Lynne Hammond
Director of Operations
Over her career, Lynne has worked in accounting, marketing and sales for smaller, local businesses to international companies. Her ability to communicate effectively to employees at all levels, organize projects and implement new procedures gives Stone Barn’s partners a strong ally in their pursuit of improvement in all aspects of their business.

I know it can be hard to introduce change in an organization, to motivate people, and to remain profitable in a changing economic environment and I enjoy using my experience to assist companies in all of these areas in creative ways.”

Jeff’s work experience spans from customer service to leading a software development team. His diverse skills prove invaluable in determining the best infrastructure and software tools to run a successful business. The assessment, implementation, and education of systems and software tools provide the ultimate outcome of efficiency, accuracy, and data availability.
Hear from Jeff: “It brings me joy to see others succeed, so naturally I love to help others get there. My professional experiences have afforded me unique and valuable learning opportunities and perspectives that I love to pass on to others. I understand the value that education and training provide and I love to teach others what I know. A former employer used to say “If you ask me what time it is, I might tell you how the watch is made.” He said it jokingly as a warning for the lengthy detail he might provide to a simple question, but I want to know how the watch is made. It is much easier to understand why if you understand how.”
Meg Farrington
Director of Marketing & Communications
Meg brings a background in digital marketing strategy, branding, and web development to the team, with a focus on analytics and meeting revenue-related goals. She has a passion for collaborating with established teams in order to effectively communicate to their audiences, increase visibility in the marketplace and ultimately increase profits.
Hear from Meg: “I enjoy working on day-to-day marketing opportunities and long-term branding efforts. I also have a passion for analytics– assessing weekly campaign results and informing future initiatives with real-time data gathered from our audiences. I see myself as someone who is broadcasting the great work already taking place in a business as well as helping to identify opportunities for growth. With some creative thinking, we can transform the way customers view and interact with a business in the digital space– and that is exciting to witness.”
